Hello Embroider Buddy® family! We hope your summer is treating you nicely. We have been thrilled with the reception to our new site and online store that makes ordering Embroider Buddy® gifts and toys more convenient than ever! But switching to new systems isn’t always as soft as a teddy bear. We have been very attentive to the messages we’ve received from you about the new site and would like to address the most frequently asked questions.
How do I start an account?
If you are a new customer, click the “Retailers” link on our homepage and then “Apply Now.” Fill out the registration form with some basic information. If you are an existing customer, please click “Shop All Buddies” and then the “Log In” or “Sign Up” at the top of the page and follow the instructions. This is the same for both U.S. and Canadian customers.
If I had an account on the old site do I need to start a new one?
Yes. With the big overhaul, accounts from the old version of the site are no longer fully compatible with all the great features of our new e-commerce system. If you had one of these older accounts you should have received an instructional email from us on how to best set up your new account. Make sure to check your spam folder. If you can’t find it please feel free to reach out to us!
Which prices am I seeing on the site?
Before you log in, the prices you will see listed on the Embroider Buddy® store are MSRP (manufacturer suggested retail price). After you log in you will see wholesale pricing adjusted to your currency standard.
Is Embroider Buddy’s online store available in Canada?
Recently launched, our e-commerce services are only available in the United States. Canadian customers will still have to order via email or telephone. At this moment in time, the online store is not operating in Canada. Yet. It is a high priority on our end. We anticipate having a system up before the end of the 2020 Summer!

What shipping method do you use? We can get deliveries from USPS or UPS. However, FedEx doesn’t deliver in our area as we live in a rural area. Thank you.
