Embroider Buddy® is a manufacturer and sells exclusively to our retail partners. Learn how your business can become one of our retail partners.
Your first order can be paid by VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, or Pre-Payment only. Company checks are accepted once a credit application has been processed.
Credit is not given unless a credit application is processed and approved. To establish credit, please request a credit application from us and allow 2-3 weeks for processing. A $50.00 charge is applied on all NSF cheques. If invoices are overdue, we reserve the right not to ship until the account is fully paid.
A minimum order is $200.00 with a six-piece minimum on all items $4.00 and under unless otherwise specified. All prices are in Canadian or U.S. funds, as noted.
Samples may be requested. For new accounts, please send requests by email, or fax on company letterhead. To send out samples we may require a credit card and/or your courier account number. Custom samples require a deposit.
All prices are FOB Toronto, Ontario or Buffalo, New York. Prices are wholesale and GST/HST is extra where applicable.
Any short shipments or discrepancies should be reported to us immediately. Please contact us for assistance. There are no returns accepted without prior authorization. We will arrange a pick-up and full credit if products are shipped in error. Otherwise all authorized returns must be pre-paid. There will be a 15% restocking charge.
