Step 2: Our expert designers will create a prototype sample. An exact quotation will be provided with the sample for your approval. Sample charge will apply.

Q: What do you require for artwork?
Please email us the best possible artwork of photographs available. You’ll also need to provide the requested item size(s) along with any other special features you may wish to incorporate. For the sample stage we will let you know if we require any additional artwork other than what was already provided.

Q. When will I receive a quote?
Upon receiving your artwork, we will email you an estimate. Prices will be confirmed after we produce the prototype sample(s).

Q. What is the order minimum?
Depending on the item, the minimum quantity for custom plush is between 1,200 and 2,400 units.

Q. What are the order terms?
Custom plush or bean toys require a 50 deposit with the balance C.O.D. or net 30 days with approved credit. All customers are required to complete our customer application form. All custom orders will be confirmed in writing.
