It's November and American Thanksgiving is just around the corner. The leaves are exploding with colour, the weather is getting cooler and the days are getting shorter. It’s the perfect time for leaf raking, turkey roasting and a crackling fire in the fireplace.
Some of our Buddies have a special connection to this time of year. If you’re out enjoying the fall colours and other activities of the season, don’t be surprised if you catch a glimpse of one of these woodland Buddies in their natural habitat!
Frederick Buddy Fox
Frederick is one fabulous looking fox with a luxurious coat, fuzzy snout, perky ears and piercing green eyes.
Like all of our Buddies, embroidering Frederick Buddy Fox is a breeze. Just unzip the hidden zipper on his backside and remove the stuffing pods to make hooping and embroidery easy. When you are finished embroidering, replace the stuffing pods and re-zip for a flawless finish.
Edward Elk Buddy
Edward Elk Buddy‘s bright round eyes and fuzzy antlers help him stand out from the crowd. The fact that Edward’s soft coat is three different shades of brown makes him quite the unique fellow! His cream coloured belly offers lots of room for special embroidered messages.
Mikey Moose Buddy
Keep a lookout for Mikey Moose another favourite! While real moose can stand at over two meters tall, Mikey (like all of our woodland Buddies) is 16” – a perfect companion size.
Mikey’s flat pile belly makes embroidery easy – get creative with fall designs or a cute expression to help him celebrate the season, like Sweater weather or Pumpkin spice and everything nice!
Mason Buddy Moose
Mikey's big brother, Mason Buddy Moose, is quite the majestic Buddy! Standing 16” – he has an incredibly lush coat and magnificent antlers.
In contrast to his lush coat, Mason's flat pile belly is perfect for embroidery. Self-contained stuffing pods for the head and belly are removable through a hidden zipper on the bottom of the moose making hooping and embroidery easy on any embroidery machine.
Oberon Buddy Owl
Listen for the unique who, who, who of the enchanting Oberon Buddy Owl.
No-one can resist Oberon’s sparkly golden glass eyes, gorgeous speckled colours, adorable fuzzy brows and collar. His flat pile belly is perfect for embroidering – “who” knows what you'll come up with.

If you're taking a fall walk through the forest to see the changing leaves you might see a bunny or two cross your path!
