A big day is coming up at Embroider Buddy®. Founded in 1944 by Morris and Sam Kotzer, this year marks the 75th anniversary of Parkdale Novelty, a wholesale leader in plush toys, and parent company of Embroider Buddy®. Celebrating the occasion, we’ll be throwing a special event on July 10th with plenty of food and fun. Not to mention a good cause.
It’s Time To Party!
If you’re in Toronto that day, we’d love to see you at our 75th-anniversary party! We’ll be serving up some hot dogs, hamburgers and tasty ice cream. You’ll get to meet the Embroider Buddy crew and be surrounded by toys, Embroider Buddies and other fun stuff!
Come on out on July 10th at 44 Colville Road, 11 am!

All for a Good Cause
It’s a special day for Embroider Buddy®, but we’re especially honoured to be teaming up with the Humber River Hospital Foundation. All proceeds from our birthday bash will be going towards the HRH Foundation – Paediatric Department. These funds will help secure life-saving equipment and improve the experience for the young ones who need it most.
Big News!
Making a very special appearance will be Humber River’s own Pepper, the friendly humanoid robot designed to interact with and keep patients company.
If you cannot make it to our party but would still like to contribute to the cause, you can donate to the Humber River Hospital Foundation here.
Hope to see you there! ?
