Introducing Edward Elk Buddy

As promised, in 2016 we listened to our customer requests and have decided to bring a new group of Embroider Buddy® stuffed animals into the family. We’ve been rolling out each in the month of February and today we are excited to unveil yet another one of our new Buddies!

How Much do You Know About the Elk?

The elk is quite the majestic creature. They can grow up to 5 feet tall and weigh more than 1,000 pounds! With their antlers reaching a height of over 4 feet above their head, these mammals give off quite the solid presence.

Welcome to the family Edward Elk Buddy!

Edward Elk Buddy is your new best friend for life. He is quite the unique Buddy, because his coat is three different shades of brown, and his big cream belly is ready for a special embroidered message. With a hidden zipper revealing two removable stuffing pods, your embroidery projects are made easier. Edward has large kind eyes and soft antlers making him quite the character!

Edward Elk

Edward was created through the inspirations of one our most loyal customers, Barbara of Elk County, Pennsylvania. She is the owner of Rather B Embroidery, a custom embroidery shop located in St. Mary’s. The Elk gains a lot of attention in this area, with tourists frequently stopping by to catch a glimpse of these majestic creatures in their natural habitat. Barb wanted to celebrate these animals so she sought out Embroider Buddy® and helped to design Edward Elk Buddy.

“This area embraces the beauty of this wild animal. Over the years of owning this business we have been looking for a stuffed animal that represents this beautiful creature. Now thankfully that dream has become a reality.” –Barbara
