October has arrived, Canadian Thanksgiving is just around the corner and the American Thanksgiving is not far off, either. There’s something so fun about fall – although the weather gets cooler and the days get shorter, it’s the perfect time for apple picking, haunted hayrides, and pumpkin carving!
Did you know that some of our Buddies have a special connection to this time of year? If you’re out enjoying the fall colours and other activities the season, don’t be surprised if you catch a glimpse of one of these woodland Buddies in their natural habitat!
Frederick Buddy Fox
Frederick is one fabulous looking fox! With a luxurious coat, fuzzy snout, perky ears and piercing green eyes, you can’t miss this sly fellow.
Like all of our Buddies, embroidering Frederick Buddy Fox is a breeze. Just unzip the hidden zipper on his backside and remove the stuffing pods inside to make hooping and embroidery easy. When your creative work is done, replace the stuffing pods and re-zip for a flawless finish.
Frederick is a special Buddy that also comes in a 22” format. A bigger Buddy means a bigger belly for more embroidered fun!
Edward Elk Buddy
Edward Elk Buddy may be the newest Buddy to join the woodland herd, but he is so unique!
His bright round eyes and fuzzy antlers help him stand out from the crowd. The fact that Edward’s soft coat is three different shades of brown makes him quite the unique fellow! His cream coloured belly offers lots of room for special embroidered messages.
Here’s a fun fact about Edward Elk Buddy – have you heard the story about how he came to life? He was created through the inspirations of Barbara from Rather B Embroidery, one of our most loyal customers!
Mikey Moose Buddy
Just like Edward Elk, Mikey Moose is quite the majestic Buddy! While real moose can stand at over two meters tall, Mikey (like all of our woodland Buddies) is 16” – a perfect companion size.
Mikey’s flat pile belly makes embroidery easy – get creative with fall designs or a cute expression to help him celebrate the season, like Sweater weather or Pumpkin spice and everything nice!
If you’ve taken a fall walk through the forest to see the changing leaves, you might see a bunny or two run across your path!
Last but not least, Buddy Bunny is a fluffy plush rabbit who is too adorable to resist. His soft white coat, tiny pink nose, and white cottontail will have you desiring to hug him.
Buddy Bunny’s big floppy ears not only amp up his cuteness factor, but they also offer even more space for embroidery! Add a design or monogram here to help him capture the hearts and attention of everyone he meets.
